Ronald Dager Jr., President of Dager Construction, Inc, has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years. At the age of 12, he started his landscaping business while continuing his education. In 1998, he graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. Upon graduation, Ronnie decided to sell his landscaping business and start in the field of construction. He obtained his building contractors' license and Dager Construction has since been excelling. Truly a passion for what he does, Ronnie gives every project focus, detail, integrity, transparency and scheduled timelines. Relationship and customer focused, Ronnie ensures accuracy and keeping on time while remaining within budget.
Chelsey dager, sales, WORKS on the SALES and real estate side of the business. As a licensed realtor, Chelsey helps clients stay up to date with home values, trends, market and economy. She graduated the University of Central Florida in 2010 with a bachelors in Health Service Administration and then obtained her license in real estate in 2013. Chelsey is an asset to Dager Construction providing a multitude of talents and services to the business and continues to learn more about the industry.
Terry Stout, lead project manager, is a 1988 U.C.F. graduate, Distinguished Military Graduate & Commissioned Officer U.S. Army. While serving in the Army he was the Project Manager, responsible for the construction of the Fire Support University (FSU), Ft. Campbell, KY. The FSU was the first high-tech training facility in the United States that integrated computer simulation training at the unit level. After leaving military service Terry worked in the planning and construction of residential & commercial projects throughout the Central Florida area. Terry works with each client from the initial contact, the design & planning process, during the construction phase to completion of the project. His goal is to make the entire process educational, enjoyable and to meet or exceed the expectations of each client.
Ronald Dager Sr. project manager, is a former United States marine who served our country from 1963-1969. In 1973, he graduated from LaSalle University with an engineering degree. He took his knowledge and started an extensive career with Lockheed Martin for over 25 years. Upon retiring, Mr. Dager became a certified roofing contractor as well as a licensed real estate agent. He has extensive knowledge on contracting, engineering, building, real estate and finance. In 2001, he started with Dager Construction and has provided a multitude of assets to the business. In his spare time, he enjoys personal training, teaching workout classes and is currently doing roof estimating on his time off. Mr. Dager is a valuable asset to Dager Construction with his structured business acumen and passion for this industry.
Rick Dittman SR. project manager, located in the south region of Dager Construction's geography has been a leader to his entire team. He manages the commercial projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Rick is known for his dedication to the job site, even if it means staying till the morning hours to get the job done. The true meaning of devoted, rick puts all of his energy into the quality and completion of his projects.
